THE ANNE CARLSEN CENTER

VSA North Dakota offers classes and residencies at many sites.  One of our most recent collaborations is with The Anne Carlsen Center (ACC).  VSA North Dakota is now part of the Anne Carlsen Center REAL (Recreation-Entertainment-Arts-Leisure) Program and, as such, is now offering residencies statewide, not only at Anne Carlsen Center sites and on the Jamestown Campus, but at other locations as well.

Below are some photos from a recent mural residency.  Students created large murals which they then donated to the VSA North Dakota office.  They are on display in the halls of our building and are so wonderful!

After the large murals were done, students then created a series of large paintings on canvas called "Seasons".  Different students worked on the individual trees and there are now four:  Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring.

These beautiful works of art are on the walls at the Anne Carlsen Center in Bismarck.
